Cathi
Cathi is an HSI Level 2 Instructor, an American Red Cross CPR/AED & First Aid Instructor, and an American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor. She is authorized to teach CPR/AED, Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid, Advanced First Aid, Pediatric First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, Wilderness First Aid, Child & Babysitting Safety, Emergency Use of Medical Oxygen, and Stop Life-Threatening Bleeding. For more than 10 years, she has been passionate about helping individuals, families, and workplaces build confidence and prepare for emergencies.
Beyond emergency preparedness, Cathi provides Personal Guidance through Ramsey Solutions financial coaching, practical life planning, the Up to Me Workshop through Roger's Wise program, and as a NAMI Wisconsin Mental Health Chat Facilitator. She also serves on the Board of Directors for NAMI Racine County, where she is committed to supporting mental health awareness, education, and community outreach. Whether teaching lifesaving skills, building financial confidence, or encouraging personal growth, her mission is to equip people with practical tools, hope, and confidence to navigate life's challenges.

Eric
Eric is an HSI CPR/AED & First Aid Instructor and a certified Spanish CPR Instructor who enjoys making lifesaving education engaging, practical, and approachable for every student. For more than a decade, he has helped individuals, families, and workplaces build the confidence to respond when emergencies happen.
Outside the classroom, Eric brings more than two decades of hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and recovering vehicles. His expertise includes vehicle diagnostics, safety, towing, and practical automotive guidance, helping people understand what their vehicle is telling them and make informed repair decisions. He is certified in Advanced Winch & Rigging Safety for Standard Duty and Medium Duty vehicles through the Emergency Road Service Coalition of America, reinforcing his commitment to safe, professional vehicle operations.
Whether teaching CPR or helping someone understand a diagnostic trouble code, Eric believes that knowledge builds confidence and confidence leads to better decisions.
