HSI - CPR, AED, First Aid for adult, child and infant (spanish classes too) 4-24 students ARC - CPR, AED, First Aid for adult, child and infant 4-12 students AHA - CPR, AED, First Aid for adult, child and infant, and BLS 4-12 students
Cancellation Policy
1. Registration and Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your seat. Your registration is not confirmed until payment is received. 2. Refund & Cancellation Policy: * Cancellations made 48 hours or more before class: you may choose either: a refund minus a $10 administration fee, or Full credit toward a future class. * Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class: no refund. One time reschedule allowed for a $20 fee, valid within 60 days. * No- Shows: no refunds, no reschedule 3. Emergencies: In the event of a emergency, we can discuss options. 4. Instructor Cancellation: If Lifeline cancels a class, you will receive your choice of: * A full refund, or * Full credit toward a future class 5. Agreement: by completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
